Adam Bishop

Financial Consultant

Most of my clients approached me for the first time looking to lessen their overall tax burden, with a vast majority of my clients being Microsoft families.

While I’m willing to work with anyone that is serious about reaching their financial goals and lessening their overall tax burden, my specialty is working with MSFT families and others in the tech-world.

Typically, people believe they are doing everything they can with the vehicles available to them inside and outside of employer-provided plans to be as tax-efficient as possible. More times than not, there’s even more available to them, even within their employer-provided plan.

I have a deep understanding of the MSFT benefit programs provided to employees, including 401k, ESPP, stock grants/awards, vesting schedule, employment levels (and what they equate to) etc.

I work with my MSFT clients to understand how they should be utilizing the different programs available to them, depending on their goals, to be as tax-efficient as possible, including how to allocate vested stock efficiently.

If you are paying taxes and receiving 1099’s on monies that is earmarked for mid/longer-term goals, we look at ways to be more tax-efficient.

Everyone I work with gets walked through robust planning software before recommendations are made. This allows clients to see what shortfalls/surplus exists for them and how to address it based on their short and long-term goals. This process is extremely helpful and is all complimentary with clients and potential clients.

When getting together, we talk about your top financial concerns, goals and objectives, show you how you can reduce taxes or eliminate them, take an inventory/evaluate your current financial assets, and answer questions to decide on the next step.

I'm always open to a short introductory phone call so you can determine if the way I'm working with clients is a good fit for you or not.
